• Zero Storage Policy: We do not store your full credit card
number, CVV, or expiration date on our local servers.
• Third-Party Processing: All payments are handled by PCIDSS
compliant payment processors (Wix).
• Encryption: Transaction data is transmitted via Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure your financial
details remain unreadable during transit.
• Tokenization: Our system uses secure tokens provided by
our payment partners, allowing us to process your
subscription without ever seeing your actual card details.
📧 Email & Personal Data
• Collection: We collect your email address solely to deliver
your subscription link, provide technical support, and send
series updates.
• No Third-Party Sales: We will never sell, lease, or
rent your email address or personal biographical info to
outside marketers or third parties.
• Louisiana Public Official Privacy: In compliance
with Louisiana's 2026 privacy updates, we honor requests
from covered public officials to remove personal identifiers
from our internal records upon request.
• Data Retention: We retain your email data only for the
duration of your 3-month access period plus a reasonable
window for customer service, after which it is securely
archived or deleted.
🔎 Louisiana Data Rights & Safety
• Age Verification: Per Louisiana HB-570 (effective July 1,
2026), we require users to be at least 18 years old. We do
not knowingly collect data from minors.
• Breach Notification: In the event of a security breach
involving your personal info, we will notify you within the
timeframe required by Louisiana law (typically 60 days or
less) to ensure you can take protective action.
• Cookie Usage: We use essential cookies only to maintain
your "logged-in" status during your viewing session. We do
not use "tracking" cookies to follow you across other
websites.
