Terms and Conditions/Refund Policy
Updated 1/31/2026: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms")
govern your purchase and use of the 12-episode reality series
subscription provided by Bridgette Knower Designs, LLC- DBA
Drive-Bye-Karaoke ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By
purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Services & Access
• Grant of License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to
stream the 12-episode reality series for personal, noncommercial
entertainment.
• Access Period: Your subscription provides access for
exactly three (3) months, beginning on the date of
purchase. After this 3-month period, access to the content
will automatically expire.
• No Auto-Renewal: This is a fixed-term subscription and
will not automatically renew or charge you again after the 3-
month access period ends.
2. Pricing & Payments
• Disclosed Pricing: The price for the subscription is clearly
disclosed at the time of checkout. Please note that prices
may vary due to special promotions, sales, or seasonal
discounts.
• Taxes: In accordance with Louisiana Act 10 (2024), digital
products and streaming services are subject to applicable
state and local sales tax, which will be calculated at
checkout.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Final Sale: All purchases are final sale. Due to the
immediate, digital nature of the content provided, we do not
offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason once the
purchase is complete.
• Non-Refundable: By completing your purchase, you
acknowledge that you will lose your right to a refund as soon
as the digital content is made available for streaming.
• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for playback
issues caused by your internet service provider, device
incompatibility, or local network conditions. No refunds will
be issued for such technical limitations on the user's end.
4. Account Sharing & Usage Limits
• Single Household Limit: Your account is intended for use
within a single household.
• Concurrent Streams: To ensure service quality and prevent
unauthorized distribution, streaming is generally limited
to two (2) concurrent devices at any given time.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your
password with individuals outside your household may result
in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Acts
• Ownership: All content, including video, audio, and
graphics, remains the sole property of Bridgette Knower
Designs, LLC.
• Prohibitions: You may not record, download (unless
authorized), copy, redistribute, or publicly screen the content.
Any attempt to circumvent digital rights management (DRM)
is a violation of federal law.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by
law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from
your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you
paid for the subscription.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any
disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Louisiana.
7. Reality Programming & Content Disclaimer
• Entertainment Purpose Only: You acknowledge that Drive-
Bye-Karaoke is a reality-based entertainment series.
Episodes are for entertainment purposes only and do not
necessarily reflect an accurate or verbatim record of events.
• Creative Editing: The Company reserves the right to edit,
manipulate, and present footage in any order or fashion for
storyline, dramatic, or time-constraint purposes.
• No Guarantee of Authenticity: While the series features
real participants, the structure and environment are
produced for television. We make no guarantee of the
validity or objective "truth" of the scenes depicted.
• Participant Views: The views, opinions, and actions
expressed by participants, judges, or celebrity coaches are
their own and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or
position of Bridgette Knower Designs, LLC.
8. Spoiler & Social Media Policy
• Preserving Viewer Experience: To protect the suspense
and value of the series for all subscribers, you agree not to
disclose spoilers (e.g., elimination results, winner identities,
or key plot twists) on public social media platforms or forums
prior to the official finale release date.
• Prohibited Leakage: Sharing "insider" information or
unauthorized footage obtained during your subscription is a
material breach of these Terms.
• Enforcement: While we encourage fan discussion and
speculation, the Company reserves the right to terminate
access without refund for any user found to be intentionally
"leaking" key series outcomes or distributing proprietary plot
details in a manner that harms the commercial value of the
production.
• Right to Takedown: We reserve the right to issue DMCA
Takedown Notices or cease-and-desist letters against any
public post that utilizes our copyrighted video, audio, or
images to facilitate spoilers.
